About Online Screen Recording

Screen Capture

This tool uses the browser's native Screen Capture API (getDisplayMedia) to record your entire screen, a specific application window, or a browser tab — no plugins needed.

Audio Recording

Capture system audio (available when sharing a browser tab in Chrome/Edge) and microphone audio simultaneously. Audio streams are mixed in real-time using the Web Audio API.

Webcam Overlay

Enable the webcam option to add a picture-in-picture camera overlay to your recording. The overlay is composited in real-time using HTML5 Canvas — great for tutorials and presentations.

Privacy First

All processing happens locally in your browser. No video data is ever uploaded to any server. Your recordings stay on your device until you choose to download or share them.
